At Elevate Hair Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring every client has a positive experience. We value your satisfaction and strive to address any concerns promptly and fairly.
Pricing
If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a consultation to review your concerns and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment or correction service.
Because salon services are personalized and performed at the time of the appointment, refunds are generally not provided for completed services. Our goal is to work with you to achieve the desired result through reasonable corrective measures.
All sales are final, no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Cancellations under 72 business hours forfeit the deposit, please contact us through our Fresha app, email, or phone. Clients are allotted one reschedule free of charge.
Kids cuts, age 6 and older are priced at regular pricing.
All sales and products are final.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
