Pricing
All sales are final, no exceptions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Cancellations under 72 business hours forfeit the deposit, please contact us through our Fresha app, email, or phone. Clients are allotted one reschedule free of charge.
Kids cuts, age 6 and older are priced at regular pricing.
Appointment
Bleach to blonde results are dependent on hair type. Color adjustments can be altered within one week of first appointment. No exceptions. Blonde results may vary as each hair type takes bleach differently.
Pre-dyed hair with box dye or from another establishment may result in a different color than desired. The color with us post-color will be as is and no redo appointments.
Perms: Elevate Hair Lab values the health of hair above all else, we will not provide a perm service if you have bleach present or damaged hair.
We reserve the right to refuse service if your hair is not healthy enough to color or bleach at the time of appointment.

Family and Friends
We always love having family around, though we would love to give you and all of our other lovely clients the opportunity to feel appreciated and special. So please no additional guests - including children - are not allowed unless they are also booked for a service.
